Fantastic job through and through. En is a great guy and honest too. During the decision time he responded to messages very quickly. On deciding to go ahead the fitting was within days - no messing around. Fitters were fantastic, moved furniture for me and replaced it after. Everything was left tidy too. Quality of carpets is great. Quality of service is outstanding. Quality of customer care is outstanding. Rare in this day and age.

Can't praise En-Rich enough. I got honest un-baised advice, a choice of pricing that matched or beat other quotes I had received. What swung it for me was the personal service, 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude and then when it came to fitting, it was a quality job carried out by proper professionals who were courteous, helpful and left no mess at all. One word. Faultless.

I discovered this little gem by word of mouth and got sound, trustworthy advice. Lovely shop with free parking too. Neat fitting and at a sensible price. Offer a bespoke carpet edging service also, to make good use of your off-cuts or turning remnants into rugs and mats. The sort of place to tell friends about. We were really impressed.
